Welcome to Mow Gators Lawn Care. By scheduling service with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Gators provides professional lawn mowing and maintenance services. Service frequency and pricing are based on lot size, condition, and chosen service plan (e.g., one-time, weekly, or biweekly) 2. Scheduling
Clients will be notified in advance of scheduled service days. Service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or equipment issues. We do our best to notify clients ahead of time in those cases 3. Access & Property Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is accessible at the time of service. This includes unlocked gates, pets secured, and removal of debris, toys, or large objects from lawn areas 4. Payment Terms: Payment is due upfront or upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Invoices will be sent via email or SMS. We accept payments through credit/debit cards, Zelle, or Cash App. Late payments may result in a pause or cancellation of service.

Refund Policy
Mow Gators is committed to your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following refund policy:

Refund Eligibility
One-time services: If you’re unsatisfied with your mow, please contact us within 24 hours of service. We will return to fix the issue or provide a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Recurring services: If you cancel before your next visit and no service has been performed, no charges will be made.
If a service is prepaid and we are unable to complete it (due to weather or scheduling conflict), you may reschedule or request a full refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Services completed and approved on-site or by photo submission.
Issues not reported within 24 hours of service.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may result in a cancellation fee of up to $15.
